Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP N) is a two-phase immigration program that allows eligible temporary workers from eligible countries to immigrate to Canada. Through the first phase, the PNP N program offers skilled worker visas to temporary foreign workers who have been invited to work in Canada and must obtain a visa before they can start working in the country. This phase also offers business visitor visas to individuals who are coming to Canada for a specific purpose, such as attending an international trade fair or meeting with potential business partners. The second phase of the PNP N program will be launched in March 2019 and will offer a new stream of Canadian permanent residence opportunities to selected candidates based on their employment needs. This new phase will include opportunities exclusively for entrepreneurs, as well as other new programs for other key economic sectors of Manitoba such as agribusiness, clean technology, and health care.
